Beginning her career in Washington, D.C., Traci worked with a prominent political affairs and public relations firm, collaborating closely with labor unions. Her experience in this field provided her with valuable insights into the dynamics of the investment landscape and the needs of the institutional benefit plan marketplace.

 

In her most recent role as Managing Director with national and global investment firms, Traci showcased her talent for identifying enhanced products and services that positively impact the evolving environment faced by institutional benefit plans and their participants. Her strategic approach involves educating key decision-makers on relevant products and services, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends. In previous roles, Traci's contributions was pivotal to the growth of the investment management firms she has worked with, earning her several prestigious sales awards. 

 

Traci resides in Charlotte, N.C., with her loving husband, two wonderful daughters, three adorable dogs, and the cutest cat ever. She obtained her B.S. degree from James Madison University and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, demonstrating her deep understanding of the financial industry.
